Introduction
I began developing this website from scratch in late 2019, utilizing a series of L.A.M.P. stack tutorials from Digital Ocean’s community.
These tutorials taught me many lessons from how to secure a website to setting up my own self-renewing SSL certificate for not cost.
I’ve realized buying those yearly SSL certificates offered with the purchase of a domain name is totally unnecessary and not anymore secure than setting it up yourself.
