Converting a Desktop Computer in to a RDP Server

In 2016, my friend Kcat showed me how to convert an old desktop computer into a server. From there, I built my own, replicating what he did.
This project alone taught me many lessons:
– The importance of setting up a Static IP address
– Backing up your server regularly
– Having an Uninterruptible Power System (UPS)
– How to troubleshoot when a user can not RDP into the server.
– How to Port forward.
