Developing a Database through Airtable

In 2015, I began working in office for a small interpreting agency. As I worked there, I found a lot of processes that needed to optimized for the business to run smoothly.
One of the main things was that scheduling was still done manually on a schedule book. Whenever the owner was out of office, she would take the schedule book with her, which caused the office operations to halt because nobody could make any calls or update any appointments.
I made it my own responsibility to create a better scheduling system for the company and was able to transition the scheduling book to Google Sheets which eventually transitioned to Airtable.
